Global Logistic Properties Limited (the "Company”) refers to its previous announcements1 (the "Previous Announcements") in relation to the independent strategic review of options available for its business (the "Strategic Review”).
普洛斯公司（下稱 "公司”）所指的是公司之前就關(guān)于業(yè)務(wù)的各種可能方案進(jìn)行的獨(dú)立戰(zhàn)略性評(píng)估（下稱"戰(zhàn)略性評(píng)估”）發(fā)布的公告1（下稱"先前公告”）。
Further to the Previous Announcements, the Company would like to update that it has on 30 June 2017 received firm proposals from shortlisted bidders for final evaluation. All of the proposals received are non-binding and are subject to regulatory approvals and other conditions. Such proposals do not constitute an intention on the part of any shortlisted bidder to make an offer for the purposes of Rule 3 of the Singapore Code on Take-overs and Mergers.
繼先前公告， 公司就此提供如下更新：公司在2017年6月30日已經(jīng)收到入圍當(dāng)事方提交的確定的提案，以進(jìn)行最終評(píng)估。收到的所有提案都不具有約束力，且需經(jīng)相關(guān)監(jiān)管部門審批和受其他條件的限制。任何入圍當(dāng)事方提交的提案不構(gòu)成《新加坡收購(gòu)與兼并守則》第三條條款下的收購(gòu)意向。
The Special Committee is now conducting an in-depth and independent review of all terms of the proposals in consultation with the Company’s external advisers. The Company will continue to provide timely updates, including making an appropriate announcement once the evaluation is completed, or in the event of any material developments.
專門委員會(huì)正在本公司的外部顧問協(xié)助下，深入和獨(dú)立地審查各項(xiàng)提案的所有條款。公司會(huì)繼續(xù)及時(shí)更新相關(guān)情況，包括評(píng)估結(jié)束或發(fā)生任何重大進(jìn)展時(shí)適時(shí)公告。
The Company wishes to reiterate that there remains no certainty that any definitive transaction will materialize from, or that any offer will be made as a result of, any proposals received or the Strategic Review, and there also remains no certainty as to the terms of a transaction (if any).
公司謹(jǐn)此重申，公司仍然無(wú)法保證各方提案或戰(zhàn)略性評(píng)估會(huì)促成任何最終交易或提議，并且交易（若存在）的條款仍尚未確定。
All shareholders are reminded to refrain from taking any action in respect of their shares or other securities in the Company which may be prejudicial to their interests, and to exercise caution when dealing in such shares or other securities. If shareholders are in any doubt as to the action they should take, they are advised to contact their stockbroker, solicitor, accountant, tax adviser or other professional advisers immediately.
公司希望提醒公司所有股東不要就其持有的公司股票或其他證券采取任何可能有損其權(quán)益的行為，以及在買賣此類股票或其他證券時(shí)應(yīng)秉持謹(jǐn)慎態(tài)度。如果股東就應(yīng)采取的行動(dòng)有任何疑慮，建議立即與其股票經(jīng)紀(jì)人、律師、會(huì)計(jì)師、稅務(wù)顧問或其他專業(yè)顧問聯(lián)系。
