Global Logistic Properties Limited (“GLP” or the “Company”) refers to (i) the articles in the Wall Street Journal and Bloomberg dated 5 January 2017 (the “News Reports”), (ii) the Company’s announcement released on 1 December 2016 (the “1 December 2016 Announcement”) in relation to the independent strategic review of options available for its business (the “Strategic Review”) and (iii) the query on 5 January 2017 from the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited regarding the unusual price movements in the shares of the Company on 5 January 2017.
普洛斯公司（下稱“普洛斯”或“公司”）所指的是（i）華爾街日報和彭博社于2017年1月5日發(fā)表的文章（下稱“新聞報道”），（ii）公司于2016年12月1日發(fā)布的就各種可能方案進行的戰(zhàn)略性評估（下稱“戰(zhàn)略性評估”）的公告（下稱“2016年12月1日公告”），以及（iii）新加坡證券交易所于2017年1月5日就當天公司股票價格異常波動提出的詢問。
Further to the 1 December 2016 Announcement, as one of the options available under the ongoing Strategic Review, the Company is in preliminary discussions with various parties in connection with a possible sale of the Company.
繼2016年12月1日公告后，作為正在進行的戰(zhàn)略性評估的可能方案之一，公司正就可能的轉(zhuǎn)讓方案與相關各方進行初步商談。
The Company wishes to emphasise that no definitive transaction has been entered into by the Company with any party and there is no assurance that any transaction will materialise from the Strategic Review. The Company will make an appropriate announcement in the event of any material developments.
公司謹此強調(diào)，公司尚未與任何一方達成任何最終交易，并且，無法保證本次戰(zhàn)略性評估會促成任何交易。如果發(fā)生任何重大進展，公司將適時公告。
Other than the News Reports and as disclosed in this Announcement, the Company is not aware of any information not previously announced which might explain the unusual movements in the shares of the Company today.
除了新聞報道和本公告所披露的內(nèi)容外，公司尚不知曉任何之前未予以公告的信息可以解釋公司股票今天出現(xiàn)的價格異常波動。
The Company confirms that it is in compliance with the Listing Rules and wishes to advise shareholders of the Company to refrain from taking any action in respect of their shares or other securities of the Company which may be prejudicial to their interests, and to exercise caution when dealing in such shares or other securities.
公司確定，公司遵守《上市規(guī)則》，并在此建議公司股東不要就其持有的公司的股票或其他證券采取任何可能有損其權(quán)益的行為，在買賣此類股票或其他證券時，應秉持謹慎態(tài)度。
