Global Logistic Properties Limited (the “Company”) refers to the Company’s announcements released on 1 December 2016, 5 January 2017, 3 February 2017, 27 February 2017 and 8 March 2017 in relation to the independent strategic review of options available for its business (the “Strategic Review”).
普洛斯公司（下稱 “公司”）所指的是公司于2016年12月1日，2017年1月5日，2017年2月3日，2017年2月27日和2017年3月8日就關(guān)于業(yè)務(wù)的各種可能方案進行的獨立戰(zhàn)略性評估（下稱“戰(zhàn)略性評估”）發(fā)布的公告。
On 27 February 2017, the Company announced that the Special Committee was in discussions with several parties whom it had shortlisted following its evaluation of non-binding proposals received and these parties would be invited to conduct due diligence on the Company. The Company wishes to update that the Special Committee remains in discussions with such parties and that these parties have commenced due diligence on the Company.

The Company wishes to re-emphasise that all the terms of proposals received (including price) are non-binding. There is no certainty that any definitive transaction will materialise from, or that any offer will be made as a result of, any such proposals or the Strategic Review, and there is no certainty as to the terms of a transaction (if any). The Company will make an appropriate announcement in the event of any material developments.
公司謹此再次強調(diào)，收到的提案的所有條款（包括價格）都不具有約束力。公司無法保證各方提案或戰(zhàn)略性評估會促成任何最終交易或者提議，并且交易（若存在）的條款也尚未確定。如果發(fā)生任何重大進展，公司將適時公告。
The Company wishes to remind all shareholders of the Company to refrain from taking any action in respect of their shares or other securities of the Company which may be prejudicial to their interests, and to exercise caution when dealing in such shares or other securities. If shareholders are in any doubt as to the action they should take, they are advised to contact their stockbroker, solicitor, accountant, tax adviser or other professional advisers immediately.
公司希望提醒公司所有股東不要就其持有的公司股票或其他證券采取任何可能有損其權(quán)益的行為，以及在買賣此類股票或其他證券時應(yīng)秉持謹慎態(tài)度。如果股東就應(yīng)采取的行動有任何疑慮，建議立即與其股票經(jīng)紀(jì)人、律師、會計師、稅務(wù)顧問或其他專業(yè)顧問聯(lián)系。
